Submit Your 2025 Awards and Photos in Four Steps:
Step One: Start Here!
Read the general information document. This includes all general information, deadline dates, and awards/photos submission details):
Step Two:
Read and follow the specific awards submission instruction document information:
Step Three:
Download, save, and use the awards submission Excel spreadsheet, following the instructions provided in the awards instruction document (the Excel file likely will not work on mobile devices; use a Windows or Mac PC with an Excel-compatible spreadsheet application installed):
Step Four:
Download, save, and use the photo information form and photographer release form (if needed) to be submitted along with your photo file.
Complete the form(s) and save them to your computer, and then attach them along with your photo file and email them according to the general information form instructions.
